Villa Amboula is a new villa standing alone in an acre of olive grove. It has been built to a high specification, and offers generous accommodation for up to 8 guests.

Benefiting from the peace and privacy of its own grounds, the Villa is perfectly situated, a 20 minute taxi ride from the Airport and a few minutes stroll to secluded beaches.

The Villa is set back from the coast road to ensure minimal traffic noise. On the ground floor is an enclosed utility/laundry room with washing machine. A marble staircase leads from the olive grove to a large first floor veranda. With views over the olive grove, this is perfect for al fresco dining. Large patio doors lead to the lounge, dining area & kitchen and downstairs WC. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable 3 piece suite, all of which convert to extra beds, and a dining table that seats 6 to 8.

The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge/freezer, iron & ironing board, kettle, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker and all crockery and utensils.

A further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor veranda with panoramic views across the Ionian Sea, the island of Kefalonia to your left, the castle of Killini (on the Greek mainland) straight ahead and Mount Skopos to your right.

The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom twin beds and the third bunk beds. All have fitted wardrobes and adjoining balconies. On this floor we have the main bathroom (with bath, shower & WC) and a second shower room. A hair drier is provided for your convenience.

You will find terrace furniture on each level.

To ensure comfort and sound sleep, all doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. This lets cool air circulate at night, but keeps our flying friends at bay without the fuss of anti-mosquito plugs and tablets.

Although a car is not essential to enjoy the villa and its surrounding resorts, it is recommended if you wish to explore the rest of this beautiful island. A suggested tour itinerary is included later, together with some ideas to help make your stay memorable.
